Events occurring after balance sheet date
In February 2020, the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Xped Corporation Pty Ltd (“Xped Corp”) received a letter
of notice of lease contract default in respect to a leased premise including GST totaling A$13,833 but excluding the
legal cost and a termination of tenancy. The lease was to mature in May 2020 and has been included in note 8.
