djia bail rejected where to for cnp

In light of the US Bailout rejected, and CNP credit extended until the December. I feel that for the next couple of days we are going to mark time. The only thing I can see happening today is that the nervous holders will sell out, and those more astute investor wanting to take up a position in CNP will. Then by Friday, I think that's when the action will being again...

But as always I've been wrong before, and CNP is testament to this error.
