I'll start with positive thoughts - Whilst it's FAR from done, Leo has made more progress that his predecessor, so on that note well done. And yes, Big player so that bodes well for validation - and you would expect they have more than enough resources for their DD. Fingers crossed.
Unfortunately that's about where the good news ends, minuscule $ on offer to date, fully refundable if they don't like it or change their mind. Unfortunately that is what happens when negotiating from a position of weakness. It was either let Kyocera lock it up for a fewmoths under favorable terms or....?
Personally, I am still trying to get back near 12c to get out. Not saying it wont come good at some point, just Ive lost patience and would prefer to dump it all into my other Bio IMM.
All in all though - it's the best news in some time.
