The auditors definitely won’t sign off the report without PIL having received the $1.5M funding.
As a shareholder I’m more than happy for the company to put together another strong quarter to put themselves in a better negotiating position for funds (as @RussianTex pointed out).
It seems to bother non holders much more than holders of this stock, wonder why?
What is “bullish” is the fact that they are full steam ahead in Philippines and growing revenue WITHOUT that funding.
