The reason is historical I think. The other two competitors commercialised a few years before FLC did. Being Irish and American by origin, it was quite natural to commercialise with the European markets. FLC being a Johnny come lately decided to take it to China, a place where foreign angels fear to thread, and where the ground was fallow and ripe for the ploughing. The rest is , as they say , is history.
