13 million shares traded is an extremely large number for this company. Maybe Misters Goodman, Mangano and Chapman are purchasing and we'll get a real shake up. They gained highly significant numbers of votes for places on the Board.
The bank wouldn't want continuation of this half. Debt is only a small percentage of annual revenue which ordinarily wouldn't be a problem if the company was making money. Making money being the problem that this board seems incapable of rectifying. And as the saying goes, if you aren't part of the solution, you're part of the problem. It astounds me that in a professional service industry a company with the turnover of Veris can have branches losing as much money as Olympic Park. Perhaps Mikey the current Board won't be there too much longer. Regardless I confess to being worried about the competency of the Board, the future of the company and the security of my investment.
