In regard to Dupont and Suez "Is it brand recognition, time in the market"? I think you nailed it on both counts. Fluence has been in the market for less than three years and are a micro cap compared to the perceived "leaders", We have been valiant in getting recognition from Stanford but are not yet really a mainstream name. There is no doubt that public service types feel "safer" dealing with known and perceived "leaders" than a perceived "minnow".
Every sale made makes an incremental difference to our reputation. I agree that concentrating on China has enabled us to grow and expand. The SUBRE sale to Cambodia will take us to another level imo, and enhance our reputation when up and operating as required.
I don't think the fact that our sales are scattered around the globe including some tier 2 countries would have any detrimental effect when being considered for projects in the US, rather without them we would have no chance in the US. You've got to get business where you can when you're a small cap.
If we continue to knock on the door in the US and the west while growing the business where we can, and get our market cap up to at least US$0.5m we will start to make inroads into that market. That's a share price of around $1.60 at current exchange rate. For that we need at least a small profit this year, with at least 33% growth rate for 2021.
It can be done . . .
