Hi Placeboed . Just for the record I attended the AGM . . This subject was discussed in detail . The problem was not actually with the PMS submittion , Because of the complexity regarding the handling and implantation of the devise BSI requested a detailed plan on the training regime OSL would be carrying out . OSL initially will have a crew training specialists in England and then move into Europe . As Merlin states due to the nature of this devise it will draw the highest scrutiny .
