even a credit card boy can see that esi drew down fortrend to complete negotiations on hedge fund cash... to say they are insolvent... quite the opposte and thus why they drew down a small amount only... to prove solvency while getting the w/c for next few years (they wont need the $10mil but will need to show they can get access to it)
