I cannot see benefits to DNA on this. It is worse than DNA making zero. Somboon gets a cut of profits (possibly as an incentive to stop taking traffic away from Star Vegas), plus stability of a long term lease with growing rent, plus his competing businesses are legitimized, and this is seemingly backdated as if it was always the case. So the detriment that Somboon has caused to DNA is completely written off.
I'm holding out hope that the settlement really will allow Star Vegas to return to a better operating position, but I just don't see it at present.
