That's been live for months, stumbled across it likely as you did searching for early signs of development in the market. I presume it's an error, though I'll be proven right or wrong in a few months!

Will be keeping a close eye on developments in Canada, presume we'll need to wait for an announcement from the company to determine what the approach will be. I imagine they have some launch partners lined up - Urban springs to mind as a likely partner.
