It certainly is annoying. I had thought it was only Peter Holton who was busy unloading his shares, but it looks like Charles Wilkins has unloaded nearly 2 million shares since the first tranche of 3.3 million performance shares vested with he and Holton in August 2018.
The revenue benchmarks associated with the performance share scheme applying to Wilkins and Holton always seemed ridiculously soft and generous to me and likely to create a future millstone around shareholders necks, and that now seems to be in the process of being borne out.
