I am one of the ones that is owed. Not much, but owed.
The accounts people that are looking after the repayment scheme is making me jump through way too many hoops.
They know who I am, but keep insisting that I prove who I am again and again. Sign this, get a "commissioner of declarations"to sign that. What's your name again...12 months on and still going and last week, again, can you prove who you are.....
Simple way around this, send me into the branch I worked for and get the Manager to confirm I am who I say I am.
It's not the money I'm concerned about, it's the system.
