Today I contact ERG regarding the notice of EGM. I am adviced the EGM has been cancled and just AGM as usual. I donot know why, seems it's not urgent to implement the restructure now,( but it is still on the way), also the guy said we may receive the Notice of AGM at the end of Oct. In addition, I donot know why ERG issuses another repeated Full Year Statutory Accounts at this time. what's for? No idea. seems ERG nearly bankrupt now, but today I feel their staffs are still confident with their jobs.
I also asked the debt of 115 million, will be cancled or not. I got the answer now. How do you guys think the 115 million loan to Ingot? why always nobody talking about this most important point? Even SP drops to 0.00001 cent with few trades everyday, it still means nothing. As long as its debt removed, not bankrupt yet, I think ERG can survive. I wish you guys comment more on two words: debt, bankrupt. not always the complains, not always the historical rubbish. buy lower sell higher,or just sell all. that's it.
