Good post BH! Thanks. You could say that NXS are in a far less happy position than most individual AZA shareholders-staring at really big losses on shares bought with borrowed money where the borrowing has gone sour , now trapped in a situation where they appear to have lost control of likely events. NXS will have great difficulty in extracting a better deal than you and I can get out of ROC without their deal being thoroughly scrutinised and even overturned if not squeaky clean. On this market I doubt that they could mount a bid for ROC without a third party coming to their assistance. I think it is going to get VERY interesting soon and hope that NXS has a good game plan in place .
