They are only 'declining' in China and still are discovering new cases every day. What counts is the rest of the world, and China's economy is still in halt. It's a chain reaction.
Supply chain interruptions, city look downs, and this is just the beginning! Goods can not move. Planes can not land and ships can not dock. Etc.
No other country will and can act as China did which is the most worrying part here.
No one is purchasing anything from China with the current situation + Italie's locked down and many other counties to follow..
