Yeah,absolutely but when the lack of money begins to become a serious thorn in the government side then they will look for more revenue.
Didipio should already have been put on C&M until clarity prevails because if the mine restarts the higher costs can be extracted from future revenue.At this point there is no clarity and only serious expenses.
I don't regard myself as part of a charity operation.
