I didn't perceive she singled him out for special treatment. His first real mistake was to make a snide remark about answering to Leigh and then going into a verbose ramble.
This new tactic by ministers to "not agree with the premise of the question" or "not accept the argument" as a way to fob off the answer to a question will only accumulate into one big mess of answers at the next govt stumble.
