Two things:
Genex going the battery route undermines as a competitor PHES
Making H from their water uses up their water so they then rely on rain catchment and issues with other local water users.
Both on the face of it good ideas but both work against GNX fundamental business case of PHES that they have raised equity in and got govt grants for
