I also seem to remember a bit of a story from a few years ago how Airtrunk isn't a competitor because they don't operate in that space? The notion of no competitive threat is crazy. Especially with the likes of Equinix operating here.
It's great they can refarm out that space in M1, but there is plenty of free capacity they could already rent out in M2.
