Patience & Strategy is important.

At starts of last year NCM was 20 dollars. I had NCM share, I panicked and sold NCM at some loss (NCM had few very bad quarters and there was strong call for MD/CEO sacking too)
..
Now $30.00/Share. At one stage it went as high as 36/share..
..
Moral of story is until unless, until unless it is a forced sale (Margin Call), better to hang on and sell at top of the cycle rather at bottom of the cycle.
..
Next few quarters and years should be excellent for RSG and worth holding.
