As a fellow user of the Software your assessment is spot on ! From an investment standpoint as the PE drops it becomes more attractive and the other aspects I like are 1/ Payment is similar to a utility meaning if you don't pay they cut you off 2/ Low customer attrition. Hard to move away from once you are on the system. Still yet to see another system that is completely end to end like Cargowise from Customer acquisition (incl Pricing ) to operations to billing to General Ledger. Seriously considering entering soon.
