King I can only say what I saw in Erina Fair on the central coast of NSW. probably 2 or 300 shops ...never seen it empty but dont go there much Couple of the jewellers were slack rest of the place was Buzzing. Large % of the central coast is Pensioners very large. Food halls flat out Telstra shop chockers. Clothing busy??????. Can only tell you what I saw midday today. Otherwise we go to aldi at Umina ...always busy. Great parking lower ground floor etc ...great to shop there. Would not go to the city if you paid me a large fortune. Like it up here fishing surfing dont have to sit in front of an air conditioner all day.....beautiful place still Cheers
