Looking at the shareholder breakdown in the 2019 annual report, and the lastest announcements, this reminds me of SIV. Between administration/total loss and a bad takeover deal shareholders will look to recover some of their investment. This deal will go through but in the interim there will be a bit of a sell off. The risk is real but with the register dominated by majors reaching a fairly high acceptance shouldn't be an issue. 90% though is another question. Hence why the premium is still nearly 50%.
