I'm on record on the neighbour's forum saying that I think the final capital cost will be roughly 20% higher than the DFS capital cost - that margin is pretty common. That's a price tag of US$1.8B. I just can't see that being palatable to financiers. Add on to that the massive technology risk associated with being the first commercial operation to trial Ni/Co RIP and my doubts are even stronger. I wish you luck.
