I am sure they are cashed up now. 22 mil is less than what they have cashed out from the loan and private placement anyway. Maybe that's why Gerard Tan voted with the Thai vendor. I am pretty sure the settlement with their uncle must be pretty hefty. 100s of million might be enough to appease them and save face for the uncle. Remember these rich kids have a lot of pride.
