The suspension has been coming for sometime, as pointed out by the many financial short comings, and disclosure violations, listed by Mr. Knee, who is clearly receiving detailed information from the company, which is fine, as that post, combined with "Numbers" Goochi's outline describe what can and should happen next.
The company never communicates, so glad to have insight here on the forum. Granted it can get a little chippy here, but at this point, it is very interesting group of people.
Until the company reports correctly, it is not a "Going concern", and should be delisted, the share overhang is a problem, as is the market activity, who has been selling into this obvious ramping, Compliance should now have all the data they need.
Compliance was on the shareholder call, they heard, as everyone on the call did, the inter office broker call, where one broker, told the other broker, to turn off his damn speaker phone, as he..... had just broadcast......the sharing of insider, previously non disclosed information, the JD.com partnership, to a client, more importantly to the entire call, which is simply illegal, by a registered broker. i do not think this is in dispute, as many folks heard it, I posted about it immediately, as it happened, frankly...embarrassing.
It is certainly possible that the company can report substantial numbers as Goochi stated, validating what the Touters claim, which has yet to be proven, but is not impossible, Doubters might say improbable....but the Doubters do believe..... would stipulate....there is a huge Cyber problem, yet to be solved.
In the mean time, perhaps pointed out by the mildly gloating Doubters, that the Suspension stops the share price from falling further, and so if the company waits until April, which it might be forced to do, other than suffering some vitriol from this forum, they will be able to have Compliance help them keep the share price up\steady.
Clever.
Steady on Compliance, good luck traveling to the mainland.
