Yeah surprising that people don't read.. they had it at $2.7/sh at the last update but given the pullback in the share price unless markets sharply recover, if we are looking for a raise in next 4 months then the raising price will be dictated by what the VWAP in days before the raise.. they can't keep assuming $2.7 when the current share price is $1.88 and all indications are that markets will continue to be spooked by ongoing coronavirus news around the world.

So yeah company and BP will like to raise money at a much higher price but unlikely this coronavirus issue impacting market sentiments is going to go away soon..

They could defer the raise to later this calendar year..but then they would be deferring the timelines for further development for NNZ-2591..

Of course if they get a corporate transaction and get non-dilutive financing in then they may not need to raise capital at all..Let's see where the Torreya process goes..
