It's not too late for you to let go of your hang ups about "green" and "PC" but the least you can do is stop using them as a euphemism for poor management.
I'm sure Brian McNamee, Paul Perreault and Geoff Babidge (some of the best leaders ever of any ASX company) would be green and PC in your eyes (both CSL and A2 boards are relatively gender balanced) and they've been absolutely shooting the lights out.
Buffett was absolutely correct about some company directors being poor (in failing to challenge) and I personally think many ASX corporate leaders have been and continue to be very poor but the "green" and "PC" spin on his comments is all yours.
