How bizarre. They aren't new to the company. Madden was co-secretary appointed in December and Shuai was finance director.

Can't see how this has anything to do with the ASX. Surely they can't compel a company to have particular staff in particular roles.

Could be strengthening the corporate structure as per consultants recommendations. Lord knows we're paying enough for them.
