The closest gas flowrate information that I could source to forecast potential Vali-1 gas flow rates from the Patchawarra, is the 2001 Santos well Crowsnest-1 which discovered 57metres of gas pay in the upper Patchawarra and flowed at 5.6mmscf/d (don't now if this was after stimulation) . Crowsnest is about 15kms west of Vali, which as we know, encountered 80 metres of gas pay in the Patchawarra. A sustained gas rate over 5mmscf/d at Vali-1 from the Patchawarra test would be very welcome indeed and if the reservoir quality at Vali-1 is comparable to Crowsnest-1, 5-6mmscf/d from Vali-1 could well be expected. See some relevant information on Crowsnest below from the Santos 2001 Earnings Presentation (pages 91-92). Cum. production from Crowsnest from 2002 - 2017 was 11bcf. Of interest, Crowsnest was a stratigraphic trap (reservoir pinch-out), unlike Vali-1, which is structural trap (anticline).
