I was going to say I'm glad that you don't invest in any other companies I own but then I noticed you have all of 3 posts, all on KGN.
It seems you have a customer service or possibly a consumer affairs problem if you think they're not following consumer protection legislation (I'm not sure I agree with you but there you go).
If you resort to swearing as soon as you don't get your own way I know where my sympathies lie. Kogan have already lasted quite some time, have a lot of repeat customers and I've had no problems in the short time I've been a customer so it's all a bit of blah blah blah sooky sooky la la really.
