From the fy statutory accounts, the experienced mining people seems to be:
John Cahill, MD:
- BSc from Bendigo College = Local
- 25 years mining experience
- Geologist
J Cipriano (geology manager)
R Pfahlert (plant manager)
J Slavario (mine manager)
Also I recall a Neil Jarrett, acting Inglewood project manager, who was also experienced.
Resignations were
R Farrell (Mine manager - died)
P Carrick - (Inglewood project manager - left)
Botting - Director - left)
It seems Mr Botting attended relatively few Directors meeting, and was paid only $32k which, would indicate an under-involvement - hence no concern of a resignation.
I would call on the company to put their key staffs brief details on it's website, so as to answer questions as to mine experience on the board.
