I don't think this is strictly correct Linaker. The loan to Hawkeswood is unsecured and my understanding is that Hawkeswood"s Receivers cannot automatically liquidate ADY because of this reason. They must first serve a Statutory Notice of demand giving them 21 days to pay the debt. So it is my understanding that the 21 days will not commence until such time as the Notice is served - if at all.
Apparently multiple facilities are being negotiated and their assets far outweigh their liabilites.
I recently spoke with another staff member when I was on hold waiting for Maria and he seemed very happy and confident that everything was OK with ADY and had not heard any rumblings that there were any problems and no thoughts that maybe he should be looking for another job.
There are still 6-8 people fully employed in the Melbourne Office.
