Yes MAG is a good stock for comparison on MC compared to KTA.

MAG has a bit more ground in the area and some very sizeable targets, but has not commenced their current drilling campaign as yet and have about $5 million in the bank, but their MC is currently $45 Million and has been as high as $75 Million on nearology to ALK's Boda deposit.

KTA current MC = $10 Million, so plenty of room to rerate massively on good results from current drilling assays due in a few weeks.

Capital Raising's are not necessarily a bad thing as the Company requires money to drill to prove up a resource and often if a Company has quality tenements in a sought after area, the share price will appreciate higher after a successful raising as it gives the market confidence in the Companies ability to complete it's exploration campaign and find the mother lode as it were. MAG again is a good example of this when they raised the share price kept going up because the stock was very tightly held and in a fantastic location. So i see a lot of similars playing out here for KTA in coming weeks and months as drilling results come in.
