Hi Names we are glad to help you out thru your learning....From Wogen off take agreement consignment 80% to be paid following receipt of shipment documents so DFS numbers are FOB...The revenue numbers are net of selling. The off set you quote is therefor added to FOB costs but also increases net Revenue by a similar amount....
