So perhaps these are our "missing" costs that will allow the offset to occur, doesn't sound like FOB, WKT seem to be paying cost to Port of discharge?

I would gather there is quite a big line under "Selling Costs" or something similiar if this is the case?

I only said fob because it was on that snippet of chart someone posted earlier. Remember that is just a framework/plan.
If it turns out that Wkt are responsible for that cost they would look to price it in accordingly.
