Wow, haven’t been online much lately and just catching up on these threads.. not so quiet around here these days! Lol

For my 2c, I don’t see anything conflicting between DT’s response last month that the company did not need to raise more capital in the near term and the company choosing to accept an offer from a strategic investor this week. Assuming there is something strategic about the investment, then it’s probably not a decision driven by a near term need for capital.

it’s probably fair to assume this is a case of being approached with an offer, since DT was buying on market only last week. If it was the company choosing to go seeking a cap raising then it would have been a longer process and directors probably wouldn’t have been free to be buying last week.

I guess all will be revealed in the morning
