I guess it is all a trial to set up the permanent pathways right along the chain to delivery into Japan
Tweak problems if there are any at all to cement the pathway for a shipload of our lovely white stuff in the future.
Love where it states they are targeting a funding resolution and to commence construction in the first half of this year.
