Having just read through the ASX conditions, I am a little more comfortable with the process of delisting a company,
firstly TER might ask for delisting but its up to the ASX,
the main one i can see is that the takeover company has to keep the offer open for 2 more weeks after they advise they are at 75% and want to delist, the other main one is the amount of shareholders holding a parcel of over 500 dollars worth has to be over 150.
