Deloittes are licking their chops on this deal. That additional $mil warrants an increase in their fees.
We had Deloittes in our office when OPES and Hawkswoods went into administration wondering how a public practice in Preston VIC is acting for such a large client. Arrogant to say the least.
We acted for HW and still act for the directors of OP, i
hold plenty in ADY and hope to find out why PT signed such a deal.
There is no cash out there and it has to be the best deal PT could muster up in such a short time frame. Timimg has not been on ADY/PT's side.
Maybe LE or JS can shed some light.
