I would long wbc as is the largest homeloan bank and the house price has been rising close to its highest point, most of the cities has reached the high.
wbc gives good dividend as well better than interest rate a bank can give you at the moment close to 0.
And this bank at the current price could at least give you 8% annually.
what would you expect from anything else
