Will they be able to access funds to develop a mine and do they have the expertise to successfully do it?
Maybe the market thought that AVM would come to the party on both counts a couple of months ago but unfortunately AVM didn't get the money they were after from Dan Gertler so MWE is now hurting.
But they definitely have sufficient resource to profitably mine so probably down the track it will happen - they just need a sugar daddy.
