Jojobear you can only gain access to the SAS if proven via an MRI that you have (Bone Edema) or they do not proceed and its not free, it cost me 1600.00 dollars up front, dont know what the breakdown is as this is for twice weekly injections for 6 weeks and a follow up appointment 6 weeks after last injection.
