I was trying to work out how many shares are not held by institutions and came across some discrepencies. If anyone can help I'd appreciate it. Firstly JP Morgan owned 54m shares in the 07 annual report, they own 196m on the 08 annual report. I havent seen any change of substantial shares notice for JP Morgan since last report. Orbis owned 194m shares before the 08 report and didn't materialise as top holders in the 08 report. JP Morgan were the closest at 196m.
Is JP Morgan and Orbis one in the same????
Sorry, but thats the only conclusion I can come up with that fills the gaps.
