As hinted in previous post, my main concern would be getting a couple of half decent directors on the board. Current problems have only evolved because of inexperience and directors desire to grow at phenomenally exuberant rate.

The company has got some really good work in progress and a lot of it is government at all three levels.

As for Hazamax's comment about his neighbour, I too said same thing some months back about someone I knew. But now don't think it is something to worry about now, as they are just being be more careful with their cash
