If your too greedy and were prepared to live above your means then vultures like myself will gladly pick up the scarps you leave behind when you walk out the door of your beloved house because you cannot afford to make the payments.
Live within your means or pay the price, simple!
People just dont do their homework before purchasing or receive very bad information.
Having said that I honestly feel the housing market is in many areas 30% overpriced.
When the market slides further I will be again investing heavily in this area.
The market in my area is still way overvalued by at least 25%.
The return on rental properties in many areas is way too low.....better off leaving money getting nominal interest from a bank currently looking at current prices for flats, units etc.
