Falling occupancy rates, Coronavirus, Royal commission, more choosing home care etc all negatives but arguably all priced in now. Either way, I don’t see an end for the industry, taking a position at these levels probably not a bad long term entry, but in this environment with sentiment so poor it could certainly get cheaper.
