Its been Micks 'Alter Ego' and attitude in a 'Fools Paradise' living in 'Fantasy Land' running the show for a long time. 4 months ago the HLX Secretary tells me, Mick is doing a fantastic job, when asked how, she is speechless and cant answer. I lodged a Formal Complaint about those comments with ASX that the Company is making misleading statements, nothing happened. The facts speak for themselves. HLX down 97%+ since Mick started 20c to .08c-09c. HLX down 80%, 3.5c to .09c in 15 month. Mick has collected $4 million in wages since starting ?? Worst performing stock on ASX ???. Mick said the other day he has no intention of resigning ??? And he had no plans to leave even if share price .01c ??? Things got worse every minute I spoke to him. He said the shares were great value and under valued at 3.5c November 2018 and the copper Resource when finished would send share price north. But that was completely false and misleading. The resource estimate was 6 months late, like all the 1/4 and Annual reports being late, nothing is ever on time with Mick. I really feel like a 'fool and his money are soon parted', and I was completely lied to by Mick at 3.5c 15 months ago, and instinct tells me this will be in administration in 3-6 months.
