I dont understand how a small company like TNC can miss the close date on releasing their accounts.
They from my understanding dont have significant revenues , have to send quarterlies so should have been up to date , all I can gather is that the auditors dont like something and wont sign off.
I dont hold many but I have seen them go up from .6 2 years ago to a good profit only to see them fall back to 1c now suspended , not happy Jan !!!!!!!!!!!!
I recall there was a vote some time back to oust the directors , maybe we should of supported that if this is an indicator.
